Experiencing the Middle Ages

Living and experiencing the Middle Ages – this is the motto of this History Park. Three reconstructed settlings with approximately 30 buildings invite you to a stroll through a period from the 9th to the 13th century AD. During regular events, actors bring the buildings to life and show how our ancestors lived 1,000 years ago. During tours and programmes, you can lend a hand and try out the techniques of the Middle Ages. The History Park is the largest museum of its kind in the German-speaking area.
